The Floating Safari Camp

Located just a short distance away from Luleå and Boden, lies an exceptional experience that promises to leave you in awe. The Floating Camp is located in a serene bay on the expansive Degerselet Lake, nestled just below the Arctic Circle. This unique location is exclusively available for you to indulge in various activities such as bathing, fishing, and paddling.

Accommodating up to six people, the Floating Camp is an extension of the Aurora Safari Camp and is perfect for couples, friends, or families looking to embark on a thrilling adventure.

One of the highlights of the Floating Camp is the refreshing swim in the lake. Despite being located in the Arctic Circle, the summers are relatively warm, and the water temperature ranges from 18-25°C, making it an essential activity to try. Additionally, you can indulge in delicious food, making the Floating Camp a complete package of adventure, relaxation, and gastronomical delight.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner, gas BBQ and 12-volt fridge. Next to the kitchen we have the dining area that fits six people. The floating camp also has a cosy fire pit which guests can sit around and enjoy.
